We are currently seeking a Helpdesk & Software Account to join the Technical Support Team at our headquarters in Udine. The selected candidate will provide after-sales support for our access control and time & attendance software (HR solutions), and may also contribute to the installation and configuration of our systems.
Key responsibilities:

Managing technical support tickets related to access control and time & attendance software for both public institutions and private companies;

Analyzing customer software requests and performing initial feasibility assessments for potential projects;
-
Availability for short business trips within Italy to support the Sales Department with installation and configuration activities.
Required skills and experience:
-
Technical diploma and/or university degree in a technical field (preferably in Electronic or Computer Engineering);
-
Previous experience in software support, particularly in time & attendance and access control systems;
-
Knowledge of SQL and at least one structured programming language;
-
Strong communication skills, autonomy, attention to detail, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive mindset.

For our headquarters in Udine, we are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our Sales Department. Reporting directly to Management, the selected candidate will be integrated into the dedicated office team.
Main responsibilities include:

Managing customer interactions by entering sales offers, inquiries, and purchase orders, monitoring their progress, and verifying delivery dates and payment terms;

Preparing sales reports and product performance analyses, while assessing end-user satisfaction.
Required skills and experience:

High school diploma or university degree in economics and/or languages;

Previous experience in a commercial back office role;

Excellent communication skills, a strong commercial orientation, and the ability to work effectively within a team;

International Sales Account

To strengthen its commercial structure in the French-speaking market, Solari is seeking an International Sales Manager to join its headquarters in Udine, reporting directly to the Sales Management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the portfolio of key accounts in international markets, with a focus on medium-to-large public and private clients;

Independently lead complex sales negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, aimed at closing framework agreements or public tenders;

Develop strategic and operational commercial plans for the assigned area, in line with budget objectives;

Monitor commercial performance and analyze business opportunities in the assigned foreign markets (French-speaking area);
-
Participate in international events and trade fairs to promote the brand and establish new business relationships;

Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis (approximately 50% of working time);

Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in similar sales roles, preferably gained in the ICT / Telecommunications sector or within structured, export-oriented companies;

Strong track record in managing complex negotiations with medium-to-large public and private clients (e.g., multinational corporations, public sector companies, local authorities);

Excellent command of French and preferably good knowledge of English;

Strong leadership, business development mindset, and excellent negotiation skills;

Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments;

For the warehouse at our Udine headquarters, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator. The selected candidate will join the dedicated warehouse team and, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:

Receiving, handling, and storing incoming and outgoing goods

Using forklifts for load handling

Preparing orders and packaging materials in accordance with company procedures

Updating inventory levels through management systems
-
Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure efficient warehouse workflows
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma and has at least 1–2 years of relevant experience. A valid forklift operator license is required to complete the profile.
Preferred Qualification:
Possession of a Category C driving license, useful for potential deliveries or handling of goods using company vehicles.

For our headquarters in Udine, we are currently seeking an Installation, Maintenance and Technical Support Technician.
The selected candidate will join the Technical Support Department and will be responsible for the following activities:

Installation, activation, wiring, and maintenance of Solari di Udine products and systems (Public Information Displays, Ticketing Systems, LED Lighting, Parking Management Systems, Queue Management, Human Resources Systems, Access Control, and Industrial Clocks) at customer sites both in Italy and abroad, for public clients (e.g., Poste Italiane, RFI, Autostrade per l’Italia) and private clients, sometimes in collaboration with internal staff;

Performing electrical, electronic, and mechanical repairs both on-site and at company headquarters;
-
Supporting and coordinating with third-party resources (e.g., subcontractors) in the execution of maintenance or installation activities (phone support, spare parts management, on-site interventions, repairs, training);
-
Making decisions regarding inventory levels to ensure adequate after-sales support, while minimizing costs;
-
Taking part in the acquisition of tools and equipment required for proper execution of assigned tasks (e.g., repair management tools, measuring instruments, work equipment), and ensuring their proper use and functionality;

Collaborating with Project Managers and the Quality Department in handling customer complaints and non-conformities.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma with a technical focus; preferably at least three years of experience in assembly, installation, and testing of electromechanical equipment, and willingness to travel within Italy

The selected candidate will be responsible for technical analysis, software design, and development. Specifically, they will work closely with functional analysts to understand requirements, contribute to software architecture and design, define rules and standards to be followed during development, and select and evaluate any necessary tools.
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or degree in Computer Science or related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies: .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC (experience with Azure is a plus)
- Solid understanding of SQL, particularly with Oracle and SQL Server DBMS
- Good command of English (B2/C1 level)
