Organizational Model 231/01

Since 2017, SOLARI SPA has adopted an organizational and management model in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.

An independent Supervisory Body (ODV) has been appointed to constantly monitor compliance with the organizational model through scheduled audits.
Employees are regularly trained and informed about the adopted 231 model, its updates, and the appointed company contacts, should any changes occur.

The Code of Ethics

An integral part of the Organizational Model is the Code of Ethics, which governs the system of rights and responsibilities that SOLARI SPA explicitly commits to upholding in its dealings with all parties involved in its business activities.
Fully aligned with the principles safeguarded by the accreditation system to which it adheres, the company recognizes its contribution—through responsible and morally upright work to the growth and development of the Italian economy and civil society.
